ABOUT BOLLATINO FITNESS PROGRAM

 

Bollatino Fitness class offers a continuous 50-60 minute workout, combining dance with mixed martial arts animations and bodyweight training carefully interwoven throughout the playlist. The session concludes with yoga-inspired stretches.
